Peake of Catering had the great honour of facilitating Saskatchewan’s Pre-Football Tailgate party on October 1 st, 2005.
They say that nobody throws a party like Saskatchewan and they are right!
This event was held at the Beatty Street Drill Hall in Vancouver and kicked off a night when the Saskatchewan Roughriders were in town to challenge the BC Lions.
Saskatchewan went all out on this event! Saskatoon Berry Pies were flown in from Northgate Bakery in Saskatchewan and brothers Jim and Tom of Tumblers Western Pizza spent three days prior in the kitchen at Peake of Catering preparing their world famous pizza dough – don’t worry guys we didn’t steal the recipe!

Saskatchewan Green Power!
2005 marks Saskatchewan’s 100 th birthday and they have been celebrating across the country; in Saskatchewan the celebrations and events are in full force – Hey Vancouver maybe we should learn to party like our friendly Prairie neighbors!

The Drill Hall was clad in the Saskatchewan Roughrider colours and BC fans passing by were amazed by all the green power those Saskatchewan fans brought with them!
