DAVID PEAKE, CEO
David Peake, CEO and Executive Chef is a leader in the food industry. David’s innovations and creations are unmatched by any other. This will be the best food experience you have ever had.
David began his career in 1973, training at the Capital and Dorchester Hotels in London, England. Later, he became Head Chef, Group Executive Chef and Executive Chef at various well-known resorts and hospitality centers around the world. Since then he has successfully owned and operated numerous restaurants throughout North America.
As President and CEO of Peake of Catering, David is well recognized by his peers and is a tireless force in further Spearheading recognition of Canadian achievements. He has served on the Board of Directors of the International Caterers Association (ICA). This influential organization has its head office in Washington, DC and has members in 7 countries. David was also elected to the prestigious ICA Executive Committee responsible for steering the overall activities of the ICA.
David’s many innovative achievements, and his enthusiastic role within the food and catering industry, makes him a welcome and entertaining guest speaker at many of the trade’s conventions and well as a frequently featured personality in the media.
Not surprisingly, David has been featured on the front cover of the B.C. Restaurant News as well as many regional and national trade and consumer publications.
