Cocktail Reception
Based on 100 guests and 8 pieces per person starts at $18.00* per person.

Sample hors d’oeuvres:
- Mini spinach and Asiago cheese tartlets
- Jumbo tiger prawns in cilantro garlic butter
- Bay scallops wrapped in bacon, marinated in oyster sauce
- Asparagus and Prosciutto pinwheels
- Crepe bundles with barbecued duck, Enoki mushrooms and grilled green onions

Buffet Dinner
Based on a minimum of 50 guests starting at $25.00* per person. A standard buffet may include:
- Three salads, Rolls and butter
- 1 Main entrée, i.e.. Carved Baron of Beef
- 2 Light entrées, i.e.. chicken and a vegetarian dish
- Potato or rice, Vegetable
- Dessert bars and squares
- Coffee and tea

Plated Dinners
Based on a minimum of 20 guests starting at $29.00* per person. A standard 3 course dinner may include:
