I’m writing to you to congrats you and your whole team regarding to the presentation of Continental Breakfast.   We are working with so many catering companies, and for sure, the way that you set the trays with pastries and fruits is another level.  It’s so beautiful, colorful, looks so attractive, and all of this shows how much you guys care about it.  Thank you so much. Everything went absolutely smoothly; the food and staff were fantastic! Thank you so much for taking such great care of us. We had an amazing experience, and the food was delicious. We also really appreciate you accommodating the special menu request! 

The food was amazing! The canapes knocked it out of the park, and everyone commented on how delicious everything was! I have a feeling that for more of our events and meetings, you'll be seeing requests for the canapes and lunches, similar to yesterday.  Please thank the delivery ladies as well on my behalf. Everything looked so beautiful, and tasted so good. Even the vegan food was a hit with the carnivores! It was obvious to everyone how your team went the extra mile to make the event special. Many thanks to you for working with me on the menu, to the chefs who came up with some delicious vegan options as well as all the other amazing platters, and to the delivery staff who organized the table and platters. For myself, I’m very impressed with the professionalism and competence of Shayla and the crew who came to serve leading up to and during the event. Shayla knew to ask the right questions. Her staff was also pleasant to deal with. Overall, the selection of going with Peake Catering was the right choice for the reception as I was looking for a sure-thing and an elevated catering experience.

I am so happy we chose Peake to cater our event. Not only for the food (which was amazing), but just the overall execution was so professional and impressive. Carolyn and her team onsite were all so pleasant to work with, they made me feel at ease, especially because we didn't have a day-of coordinator. Our guests were so impressed with the food, especially the canapes! And I loved that you went above and beyond and included berries for the dessert table - Baby Chloe loved them. The party was a great success and in no small part thanks to you and your team! Jason and John were friendly and professional and made sure that all questions were answered and setup was a breeze. The food itself was pretty much the star of the show and won over even the most picky of eaters! Lol. As a former cook who has worked lots of catering gigs, I know how hard these can be to plan and execute and you guys were flawless. I will be sure to choose Peake as well as recommend you to others who may be looking for catering. Thank you so much for the amazing work that you did! 

I just wanted to reach out to you so that I can sing your teams praises! When I tell you that this last event was the craziest one we have had (at least in my time here) I don’t think that even does it justice but WOW, your team was so on top of everything Val and Shayla are so impressive with how well they maneuver through people and props and places to make sure everything is perfect and although I have no idea how they do it, I am wildly appreciative.  Peake has always been a staple for our events and over the years I just get more and more amazed at the visions you can bring to life so from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much!

You were all so organized, professional and incredibly helpful. Shayla was especially great, and we really appreciated how smoothly everything ran, even with the windy weather! The bartenders were fantastic too!  We were genuinely impressed with how well everything came together, and it made a huge difference to the success of the evening.
