Our belief is that sustainability alone isn’t enough. We need to repair our damaged environment. Peake does this in many ways through a series of thought-out protocols. These include where we purchase our food and supplies and with what mandates, how we recycle and compost, and how we stay on top of innovations to continually decrease our ‘food print’. Our passion about the ocean is elevated by where we live, and we support causes that help bring awareness and regrowth to the world’s largest and diverse eco system.
